Jesse founded Hillhouse Morgan to help businesses bid better. He has consulted on over £30 billion of rail bids, over £620 million of healthcare bids - winning every single healthcare bid he’s written – and winning the $2.2bn Illinois state lottery contract. Strategising, problem-solving and relationship building are what drives him. He will work with you to translate your expertise into a winning proposal. Jesse is also the author of numerous books and - including his journalism - has had over a million words published.

Jonathan helps businesses and brands realise the value of words, from writing copy to helping people use language more powerfully. As a language and bid specialist he has a proven track record of helping clients win high-value contracts across a broad variety of sectors. Bid writing draws on the full suite of skills he has honed throughout his writing career: assiduous research, extracting information by asking the right questions, turning technical ideas into compelling prose, a creative approach to storytelling and hitting deadlines within a highly pressurised team environment.

Jessica is experienced in founding and growing businesses. She has worked in the live events, marketing, film and digital content industries. Jessica is skilled in business ideation and set-up, media production, creative production, immersive business modelling, social media, music, entertainment, and digital media. She has strong business acumen alongside her arts and cultural schooling with a Master of Arts in English and Philosophy from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Stratey and communications (associate)

Moritz supports our clients’ international communication strategies. He is an expert in the management of cross-channel strategic communications, specialising in the interface between German and global news. He currently runs the Bonn office of Browning Environmental, a communications consultancy specialising in environmental and energy issues. Moritz started his career at Weber Shandwick and CNC – Communications & Network Consulting and is a graduate economist from the University of Bonn.

Copy writer (associate)

Rebecca helps people and brands tell stories. As an experienced business journalist and copywriter she's written for the broadsheet press, UK government and a host of leading multinationals. She is adept at using language to progress ideas and translate technical terms into plain English. She has also co-written and contributed to several e-guides and ghostwritten four biographies. When not helping businesses to communicate better, Rebecca studies wine and volunteers for the charity, Independent Age.

Stuart is a successful bid writer, with over 10 years’ experience and has secured over £3 billion of business for clients including Arriva, Ferrovial, FirstGroup, GlaxoSmithKline, HOCHTIEF, Johnson Matthey, Kier, Save the Children International and Serco. He is very happy working with domain leads and subject matter experts through workshops, one-to-one interviews, strategy meetings and structured content delivery to create original, story-driven content that delivers on the specification requirements.
